Wired For Fun - A KinkRx+ production

  • Seattle Central District Seattle, WA 98122 USA (map)

An introduction to TENS play

Level: All levels

Class style: Lecture, demo, and hands-on practice

Location: Seattle Central District. Address will be provided after ticket purchase.

Class description

Electrical play has a wider range of possibilities than you think! TENS* units are both the most overlooked, and the most fun and flexible, way you can run current through another person or yourself.

Direct nerve and muscle stimulation can take you anywhere from a pleasant tickle to a hands-free orgasm; from a silent signal across the room, to muscles locked up and on the floor.

This class will cover the basics of both theory and practice.

Tickets include a TENS unit setup for each attendee to attach to their arm or leg and follow along through guided exercises teaching the basic elements of play. You will have your hands on your own controls and be able to participate at your own comfort level, then take the kit home with you afterwards.

There will be discussion and demonstrations of more advanced gear, but focus will be on exploring and understanding the fundamentals.

Taught by Russell Harmon, who has sometimes bought electrical contacts instead of food.

* Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation, aka that little black box with the pads

Educator bio

Russell has been teaching popular kink-related classes since 1999. He also runs Lovingly Handmade Pornography, which is both sneakily educational and an attempt to prove that intensity and fun aren't mutually exclusive in BDSM porn.

This class is produced by KinkRx+

What is “KinkRx+”?
KinkRx+ hosts classes by educators who are not part of the KinkRx teaching organization. Our goal is to bring you all the information that helps you on your journey of exploring kink. If we think someone else has good things to teach, we will support them in getting the information out into the world.
Some of the opinions expressed by these educators can differ or conflict with what is taught in KinkRx classes. We see that as a positive thing. While we will not host educators who teach things we believe to be factually incorrect or impossible to do safely, we believe it’s important to present different perspectives and give people the opportunity to decide for themselves what they prefer to do. After all, this is “adult” education: Learn different points of view, do your own research, and form your own opinions.
